What are the differences between aromatherapy, essential oils, perfumes, and fragrances?

- Perfume: Personal fragrance used on the body, with a high alcohol content, for direct skin contact.
Which type of aromatherapy should I choose when buying aromatherapy for the first time?
For convenience and safety: Choose reed diffusers or aromatherapy sprays, no electricity required for lighting.
For a more ambiance: Choose scented candles, combining warm light and fragrance for a strong sense of ritual.
Need a humidifying function: Choose an ultrasonic aroma diffuser (requires water), suitable for bedrooms and offices.
